Delivery Timeframes
- Major metro areas: typically 1 to 2 business days
- Regional and remote areas: up to 5 business days
- PO Box deliveries may take slightly longer
All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, with most orders shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Warranty Policy
We proudly provide a 12-month warranty on all compatible toner and ink cartridges supplied by Brisbane Toner Supplies.
Warranty for genuine/original brand products is covered directly by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and product faults under normal usage conditions.
Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Goods
If you are unsure whether a cartridge is suitable for your printer, please contact our team before purchasing. Many cartridges are compatible with multiple printer models and brands, and we are happy to assist.
Returns Conditions
Returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods may be accepted within 90 days from the invoice date, subject to approval.
To be eligible for return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Packaging must be undamaged and free from writing, labels, or markings
- Items must be in resalable condition
We recommend using protective outer packaging when returning items to avoid damage during transit.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return freight and insurance costs. We also recommend retaining proof of shipment for all returned goods.
Faulty Goods & Warranty Claims
Warranty claims for faulty products must generally be made within 12 months of the invoice date unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
For laser toner and copier cartridge warranty claims, manufacturers require:
- The faulty cartridge to be returned
- A printed sample page showing the fault
Unfortunately, claims cannot be processed without these requirements.
Warranty claims may be rejected if:
- Products have been refilled
- Products have been modified or tampered with
- Damage has occurred through misuse or incorrect installation
Warranty Limitation
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods as shown on your invoice.
Once returned goods are received, they will be inspected and assessed by our team. We will then contact you regarding the outcome of the claim.
